Windows + S interferes with the Microsoft Office OneNote shortcut for [S]creen clipping. Consider using another shortcut.

Looks very neat. How do I download it? I have IE7 and no matter what I try I cannot seem to download this to try it out. Some kind of SNAP thing keeps interfering, I think.
